Started Indexing My SANS Courses

I have two to do at the moment ICS515 and SEC560.  My goal is one book per week.  I plan on using a modified version of the @Hacks4Pancakes system.  The main difference is I also intend to have a tools index with common command line switches and such.  I am doing this for two reasons 1) I hate memorizing command line switches and 2) The tools tend to cross multiple courses (i.e. NMAP and Netcat) so I can expand the tools index as I go and always have a reference that grows with my knowledge base.
