Very important. The results of this case will determine whether or not we have the right as a country to maintain control of our elections process.
Republicans (me) claim that positive ID should be required as a measure to weed out fraud. I would go further and require proof of citizen ship to vote but I'm not the one writing the laws.
Democrats maintain that requiring picture ID to vote unfairly targets the poor and minorities, however in every case I am aware of the IDs were made available free of charge to those groups.
Watch this case it will be one of the most important this term.
