Apple Genius Bar

Apple took another step towards convincing me to buy a Mac today. I was driving around this morning with my iPod playing thru my tape player when it suddenly froze. I could not get it working again despite following the instructions in the quick start manual or on the Apple website so I went to the Genius Bar at Alderwood Mall. The guy there took literally 3 seconds to fix it (doing the same thing I had tried unsuccessfully but that's neither here nor there). Didn't cost me a cent and even though I am sure the guy thought I was a complete moron he didn't act like it. Apple apparently still believes in customer service.
