Cybersecurity Reading List Updated

For the last couple years I have been compiling a cyber security/ cyber warfare reading list from various sources.  I updated the list today with the SOCOM 2020 selections and a new section for the Canadian Communications and Electronics Association (which I believe is alumni of their version of the NSA).  It is located here if anyone is interested.
