Sitting here at work and they just sent out the floor remodel plans. Open seating crammed shoulder to shoulder, of course. Every other company in the world that has tried this has found it decreases both productivity and employee morale so we should go ahead and do it. SMFH!
I was already looking for a new job, but this just adds emphasis. The remodel is supposed to end by the beginning of July and I am headed to BSidesLV / Defcon at the end of that month, and my lease expires at the end of August. So here is the plan even if I don't have a new position at that point I am just going to say "Fuck it" and pack up and head to Dallas, Austin, or Houston.
