Windows 10 again

#Windows10 Fairly satisfied but finding little things that I either didn't notice during the technical preview or that didn't occur on the old crappy laptop I used.  This morning Windows Defender was consuming like 30% of my CPU cycles and 20% of my memory.  No scan was going on it's like it just didn't release the resources after the scheduled daily scan.  Yesterday it was Groove Music.  Both resolved with a restart which took about 15 seconds but maybe MSFT should work on making sure their apps release resources.
