My second problem with Windows 10

So today I ran into my second problem with Windows 10.  I hooked up my iPod to download some new content and suddenly I have to authorize my computer again, only it wouldn't authorize. Something was blocking it (my guess is a firewall setting).  I messed around for awhile and then finally said screw it and restarted the computer and lo and behold the authorization went thru.  Now part of this is apples insane authorization policy (#FuckYouApple) but since it occured after the Windows 10 upgrade Windows 10 gets the blame.
