perusing Slashdot and it turns out that all the Feynman Lectures have now been released online.
That got me thinking, these are relatively small volumes and they are broken down into pretty small discrete sections - lets have a challenge where everyone reads one section a day beginning on 1 Sep 2014 and finishing on 1 Jan 2015. That is one section a day with some buffer built in to allow for skipped days and weekends.
