One indication - over at RonPaulForums.com they are calling for people to register for Wikipedia specifically to edit the Ron Paul page by removing references to today's article.
I expect digg.com which has been blissfully Ron Paul free for a couple days to be slammed tomorrow with people linking to pieces countering this article.
