I don't want to be ghoulish but...

I was checking the numbers at icasualties.org and so far November is tracking for another 25% drop in civilian casualties.

Good News if this level of progress can be maintained.

Now if only the Iraqi government could make more progress on political reconciliation. As I have said before I am encourgaed by the rporting I am seeing on the local level but we need at least a little bit of action at the National level.
