Karl Rove Quitting

Title says it all.

Rove claims that:

• The White House didn't force him out
• Congressional inquiries didn't force him out (actually he said "Congressional inquiries , I speet on your congressional inquiries". Or maybe not I might just be projecting.)
• That he has been planning to leave for over a year, but stayed to help with the Iraq War Surge and Immigration issues. (Mixed results there)
