Boy am I glad the war on terror is a fraud

Updated

Because if it was real things would probably be much worse than this:
4 Charged in JFK Airport Terror Plot
NEW YORK -- Three people were arrested and another was being sought Saturday for allegedly plotting to blow up a fuel line that feeds John F. Kennedy International Airport and runs through residential neighborhoods, authorities said.

...

Authorities arrested Russell Defreitas, a U.S. citizen native to Guyana and former JFK employee. He was in custody in Brooklyn and was expected to be arraigned Saturday afternoon.

Two other men, Abdul Kadir of Guyana and Kareem Ibrahim of Trinidad, are in custody in Trinidad. A fourth man, Abdel Nur of Guyana, was still being sought.

...

The arrests mark the latest in a series of alleged homegrown terrorism plots targeting high-profile American landmarks.

A year ago, seven men were arrested in what officials called the early stages of a plot to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago and destroy FBI offices and other buildings.

A month later, authorities broke up a plot to bomb underwater New York City train tunnels to flood lower Manhattan.

And six people were arrested a month ago in an alleged plot to unleash a bloody rampage on Fort Dix in New Jersey.

Of course Ron Paul would explain that this is the natural outgrowth of America's colonial subjugation of Guyana and Trinidad.

Update:I didn't call this a Muslim terrorist plot earlier because the Washington Post story only specifically mentioned the religion of one of the conspirators. I have since seen a court drawing of Russel Defreitras and he appears to be wearing that Islamic skull cap and the AP story at Aol.com has the authorities referring to this as a Muslim plot so there it is. Another crazy bunch of followers of Muhammad out to do us harm.

On another note - This does make me wonder how come these guys always hook up with an FBI agent. As Chuck pointed out in the comments, are we just getting the low hanging fruit? Or do we have an FBI agent/informant assigned to every mosque in America pretending to be able to assist terror plots. If that's the case what does it say about the mosques that that is considered normal enough behavior that people will actually approach them for help?

Keep it simple and stay stupid! Great Post for simple and stupid.

Your analysis of Ron Paul is simple, stupid and inaccurate. Please read more then a half a sentense on Dr Paul before you attack someone, who positions you do not know or unable to understand.

Hey you know what he made the comment not me about 9/11 not me. I am well aware of the blowback principle regarding America's Mid-East policy, however going from that to it's our fault is a stretch I am not willing to make. Couple that with Paul's racist tendencies and he is deserving of condemnation and ridicule.
