The Seattle Times: Local News: Bills address growing field of online learning
I am a heavy internet user. At least a couple hours a day. Because of this I have felt for a long time the internet is notliving up to it's full potential. This bill is a start in that direction. Remove the stigma from legitimate online courses. Encourage people to pursue their interests and use those interests to innovate, this is what will keep America growing and strong.
