Amanda Bynes was charged on Tuesday with driving under the influence of of alcohol or drugs - then took her case directly to the White House
She tweeted to President Obama to please fire the cop who arrested her. Obviously a couple lessons in federalism and due process a needed in whatever high school she graduated from.
